The face of Firethorn to clients. Owns every client relationship below CEO level — managing briefs, timelines, expectations, scope, and the narrative that turns delivery into renewal.
- ›Head of Client Services: Strategic relationship management, contract renewals, scope management, escalation point, monthly reporting.
- ›Account Managers (×3): Day-to-day client liaison, brief intake, delivery coordination, status reporting, upsell identification.
- ›Project Coordinators (×2): Timeline management, asset delivery, resource booking, production scheduling, budget tracking.
Client retention is the most valuable activity in an agency. Replacing a lost client costs 5–10× more than retaining one. This team is the renewal engine.
Drives revenue growth through new client acquisition, scope expansion, partnership development, and talent relationships that open doors.

At Firethorn's revenue target of €300k / head, this team needs to be consistently filling and converting a pipeline of €8–10M+ in qualified opportunities.
Keeps the business financially healthy, legally compliant, and operationally efficient. Manages cash flow, payroll, client invoicing, and the investor / regulatory reporting cadence.
- ›Finance Director: P&L management, cash flow forecasting, management accounts, investor reporting, pricing and margin analysis.
- ›Accountant / Controller: Payroll, client invoicing, VAT / tax compliance (Ireland + international), expense management, monthly close.
- ›HR / Legal Support: Contracts (employment and client), IP ownership, GDPR compliance, recruitment process, onboarding, culture.
- ›Oversees My Future Fund (auto-enrolment) compliance and pension administration.
